Lynn DeLapp has worked for over 25 years with state policymakers, local governments, foundations, and community-based organizations to develop and implement a broad range of policy and programs for children and families. She assists clients in: planning and sustaining effective organizations; assessing program effectiveness; writing and policy research; training and meeting facilitation. Her expertise spans early childhood, integrated child and family services, child welfare, mental health, K-12 education and youth issues.
