A Thought for a Capable Woman. I approached Cynthia Alderson to help me sell a parcel which I dearly loved, but which I was obliged to sell. She was immediately sympathetic, explaining a realistic sale price and probable needed time span before it might sell. Cynthia also informed me of her very large nation-wide networking outreach. She encouraged me to write my own parcel description, which I had requested, and between the two of us, the parcel sold in a record time (30 days vs an average in that location (NM) of 250 days!) Cynthia, always professional, kept me apprised of every step in the progress towards our wonderful and happy result. I was sad to see my beloved land be sold, but working with Cynthia took some of the pain out of the process. Frank Maurer 4 December 2023. 2130 Hours.
