Our Second Amendment. "A WELL-REGULATED MILITIA, being necessary to the security of a free State , the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Now we interpret an 18th century document To fit our 20 and 21st century desires. Do we adhere to the Collective Rights Theory, Or cling to the Individual Rights of our egotistic culture? Was this written to protect the State or the Nation, Or to be used to wantanly murder fellow citizens? "We" have made one choice through Supreme Court decisions, When the larger population favors another. "Things smell rotten in the State of Denmark."
