One bedroom apartment complex in downtown Davis. 35% of the apartments are set aside for people with disabilities. As of 4/8/07, rents are expected to range from $250 to $650, depending on household income. There is a long waiting list.

Woodland Hotel Apartments (Woodland)
 
 The restored Hotel Woodland offers 76 furnished studio apartments, with private baths and kitchenettes, prescheduled housekeeping services, cable and telephone hook-ups, community room with stove, coin-laundry rooms each floor, elevator access, security card access. Convenient downtown location, near public transportation. Office hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 am-5 pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 1 pm-5 pm. Eligibility: Low-income. Section 8 accepted. Fees $432/month, utilities paid, $400 security deposit with payment plan possible. To Apply Application. Pick up at rental office at 438 Main Street.

Yolo Community Care Continuum Supportive Housing (Y-Triple C)
 
Cooperative living opportunities are provided through the
New Dimensions Supportive Housing program , the Homestead Cooperative, Cooperative Housing  and the HUD Supported Housing programs. Additionally 6 houses are located in Davis and Woodland.
The Farmhouse is a long-term treatment facility in Davis.

Has three five-bed supported homes in Rosemont for persons with a mental illness — one for men and two for women. Provides a drug free, supported, yet semi-independent, co-op home. Assists residents with basic life skills such as cooking, cleaning and shopping, and assists residents in reaching their personal goals.
